• Changed [email protected]::base/base-web.git to [email protected]:base-org/base-web.git

How has it been tested?

• Verified the original URL fails: git ls-remote [email protected]::base/base-web.git returns "is not a valid repository name"
• Verified the corrected URL works: git ls-remote [email protected]:base-org/base-web.git successfully returns repository data
