Added Lighthouse Storage to the Base ecosystem page. Lighthouse Storage provides permanent, encrypted storage for NFTs, dApps, and AI apps with agent-ready uploads and payments via x402.

Added Lighthouse logo image at /images/partners/lighthouse.png
