LGTM — simple removal of lint exclusions now that python3.14 is fully supported. CI failures are in Python 3.10/3.11 Invoke and dotnet 6 Invoke, all unrelated to this change.

We'd been disabling the lint before, probably because the code was written before Python 3.14 was fully supported by cfnlint.
