Worth knowing for the expectation here: the Arabic translation set is essentially complete, so this is not a missing-translations issue — on the screenshot the device is clearly running an Arabic locale (Arabic-Indic digits) while the interface text comes from the English default. The ticket is therefore about why the Arabic resources are not being applied, not about translating more strings.

This meta-issue closes automatically once that ticket is done.
