Add "inellip" parameter to Isophote.Ellipse fit_image() method #1096

Hi,

Sometimes I would like to extract surface brightness profiles using the pre-defined ellipses, just like iraf.ellipse(inellip='XXX.tab') does. Could this inellip parameter be added to fit_image method?
