Comments: threads on sections and shapes, with mentions #51
Threaded comments anchored to shapes and sections (and free points), with @mentions of board members, resolve/reopen, unread indicators and a comments panel. Mentions notify (in-app; email later).
Done in 256c0f2..cde67bd: threaded comments stored in the Board's SQLite (server-stamped authors, private read state, viewers can comment), pins that follow shapes at any zoom, @mentions with autocomplete, resolve/reopen, edit/delete with undo, a Comments panel (Open / Resolved / Mentions), and a notifications bell. Comment tool is B. Try /play?scenario=comments.
