Summary

  • Add a homepage section for installing the GPT-Vis chart visualization skill.
  • Include a link from the homepage section to the skill documentation.
  • Add a manual installation path in the docs that links to the chart-visualization skill directory on the ai branch.
  • Use a light gradient background and compact vertical layout to match the homepage section rhythm.

Validation

  • npm run lint
  • Checked the homepage and docs skill section with Chrome DevTools MCP.
  • Verified the manual install link points to https://github.com/antvis/GPT-Vis/tree/ai/skills/chart-visualization.

Code Review

This pull request adds a new "Skill Install Section" to the landing page, providing instructions and a command to install the chart visualization skill. The review feedback suggests wrapping the installation command's CodeBlock in a container with a smaller max-width to prevent it from stretching excessively on larger screens, ensuring a more balanced and compact layout.

Important

The consumer version of Gemini Code Assist on GitHub is being sunset. Starting June 18, 2026, new organization installations will be blocked, and all code review activity will officially cease on July 17, 2026.
For more details on the timeline and next steps, please review the Help Documentation.
