- agy cli version 1.1.7 -> 1.1.8 (cli/tui-only release)
- add @ai-sdk/google ^4.0.26 as direct dep for stable gemini model id resolution
- bump @opencode-ai/sdk + plugin to ^1.18.8
- bump @types/node to ^1.18.8
