Adds an example on combining an orbit raise with an inclination change. A satellite goes from a 7000 km, 51.6 degree orbit to GEO radius at 28.5 degrees. The example solves the burns with Astrogator target sequences. It then compares how sharing the plane change between the first and last impulse affects total delta-v.
The example is listed under "Orbital maneuvers" in the examples gallery.
