Billing is off the product path: the pipeline no longer deducts or restores credits and never blocks an AI reply on a balance, the wizard no longer requires card verification to finish, and the dashboard drops the Credits tab. The billing modules, D1 schema and /api/billing routes are left in place (dormant) so this is easy to reverse.
