This PR adds support for localization using legacy
.stringsfiles (so they can be translated with weblate, due to the service's lack of supports for the newer .xcstrings catalogs: WeblateOrg/weblate#10848).The English
.stringsfile was populated with thexcstringstoolcommand:Empty
fr.lproj/Localizable.stringsandja.lproj/Localizable.stringsfiles are included for future translations…
