feat(i18n): Add Hindi language support

This PR adds support for the Hindi language.

• Automated translation of all en JSON resource files to hi via script.
• Added .json locale files to src/i18n/locales/hi/.
• Registered the Hindi language ('hi', 'हिन्दी') in src/i18n/index.ts.
