Refactor PyodideContext for cleaner architecture and separation of concerns

This refactor breaks down the oversized PyodideContext.tsx (previously ~480 lines) into smaller, focused utility files following the Single Responsibility Principle. The context now strictly manages React state, delegating Pyodide loading and execution to loader.ts and runner.ts respectively. Type definitions are housed in types.ts. No external behavior has changed and all code remains strongly typed.
