refactor: extract Pyodide logic into pure utility functions - #258

Extracted `compareOutputs` and `formatPythonError` from `src/context/PyodideContext.tsx` into a new utility file `src/utils/pyodideLogic.ts`. This separates pure utility functions from the React Context logic, reducing file size and improving modularity. Fixed a minor typescript strict issue in `stats.bench.tsx` to get the build passing.
