• Record the tenth consented workflow-parity observation under eval(pilot): demonstrate parity with the proven manual CV workflow #75 as indeterminate
• Document author attempt exhaustion across token-budget excess and factual-invariant rejection
• Preserve content-free failure stage and diagnostic violation paths without exposing candidate prose or private data
• Keep approval, export, submission, and release blocked
