The XoopsTube module I renamed it & I encountered a problem in the header.php file there was a

which was not declared so I correct the problem now I have access to the module but it does not display the templates I specify I try in PHP 7.3 sometimes but not it is the same so I have debug online and the answer is
Warning: Smarty error: unable to read resource: "db: xoopstube_index.tpl" in the file /class/smarty/Smarty.class.php line 1100
I went to see the line in question in the file but it did not help me so I dry it come from what ???
