If by "decompile" you mean "translate pseudocode":

IDA Pro tutorial:

• [Optional] Make sure your 1.0 is the Android version (Android is better to RE cause symbols)
• Drag your file into IDA
• Select "OK" on the popup that shows up
• Wait for IDA to finish analyzing
• Open your desired function
• Press "F5" (Opens pseudocode screen)
• Open a notepad program (ex: Notepad++)
• Paste your function body (ex: void GameLevelManager::firstSetup())
• Paste and translate the IDA pseudocode into working C++

Ghidra tutorial:

• [Optional] Make sure your 1.0 is the Android version (Android is better to RE cause symbols)
• Open the file with Ghidra
• Wait for Ghidra to finish analyzing
• Open your desired function
• Open a notepad program (ex: Notepad++)
