📑 Description
refactoring the lidar preprocessing motion segmentation implementation. Current implementation uses aw traversal and mf mos mask biases to produce a global aggregated dynamic and static map. Shown in the image, its leaking alot of static clouds into the dynamic map, and filtering out dynamic points.
