hiya, sorry for the late response on the pr. i am going to close this as the overdue update drop (#282) is being prepared, adding many more translation keys and shifted existing ones. feel free to open another PR once it's merged to add your new languages |

This PR adds a comprehensive Vietnamese language pack. The translation uses a friendly, modern tone while maintaining high accuracy for technical terms.
