[Feature Request] add scaling options when converting from SVG

Hello,
I was using VERT and wanted to convert my SVG into an extremely high quality PNG for video editing. However, I couldn't seem to find an option to export past 1024x1024, which was listed as "100%" in the settings menu.
Could higher res options be implemented, like 4096x4096? Thanks.
I'll look at the codebase and see if I can make a PR for this, but I likely won't be able to as I don't know webdev that well.

I took a look at the handling and VERT seems to return the default scaling size embedded in the SVG.

With my branch (maya/conversion-things), I have the long-awaited settings update and images have the resolution option so I'll definitely add handling for SVGs there
