What changes are you trying to make? (e.g. Adding or removing code, refactoring existing code, adding reports)
The purpose was to answer an assigned question and evaluate our partner's submission from assignment 1.
What did you learn from the changes you have made?
I learned how to evaluate and detect ordered and missing values from a list.
Was there another approach you were thinking about making? If so, what approach(es) were you thinking of?
No, there was not another approach I was thinking of to solve the question.
Were there any challenges? If so, what issue(s) did you face? How did you overcome it?
At first, I had only written an algorithm that worked if one value was missing, instead of considering the possibility of consecutive values missing (i.e., [15,16,19,20]). I realized that I failed to consider all possibilities for my base case. To overcome it, I rewrote a portion of my code to account for this possibility.
How were these changes tested?
The changes were tested by writing out different list possibilities and running the algorithm through them.
