Maintenance/ci travis parity

Summary

Builds on #98 CI updates specifically:

• Bring CI to parity with what had existed in the previous travis CI workflow: integration tests and notebook test.
• Where applicable, removed the use of GTFSDataExchange URLs in tests with updated URLs to allow those tests to run.
• Added more specific expected to fail pytest notation

• Python 3.10 with minimum dependencies: all tests pass.
• Python 3.11 with current dependencies: all tests pass.
• Source distribution, wheel build, and metadata validation pass.
• The built wheel installs, passes dependency validation, and imports outside the source tree as UrbanAccess 0.2.2.
• git diff --check passes.
