Move setup scripts to rovercli

Have the setup scripts moved to rovercli

End goal:
User only needs to clone rovercli, from there they can choose other repositories (RoverFlake2, FirmFlake and SimFlake) through the CLI or TUI

What done looks like for this task:

1. Just moving setup scripts into rovercli, basically just repo organization.
2. Opening and assigning further issues to clean up setup scripts, and generally "de-shittify" the current scripts (why are we auto installing firefox lolol)
