HOW TO RUN: Type in terminal: sudo python ch_mac.py -i
device: The device you want to change it's Layer 2 address
HOW IT WORKS:
1. Turns down your device and stops network-manager
2. Change the mac address to a random one
3. Turns up the device and starts network-manager
