Updated the organization names and descriptions for JumpWorld, Castles, and Freebuild teams in German localization.
Added new organizations and their responsibilities to the documentation.
Corrected the key for translations in the properties file.
Removed appeal and falsely banned entries from communication platforms.
Removed translations for 'Entschuldigungen' and 'Zu Unrecht gebannt'.
Removed 'Zu Unrecht gebannt' and 'Entschuldigungen' from responsibilities_main and responsibilities_secondary for all team members.
Removed null entries for appeal and falsely-banned responsibilities.
