LGTM!
And the external link SVG seemed unnecessary when external links always open in new tabs.
That is true, but IMO those help because you can tell that the link is extrenal without having to hover over it.

This PR updates and consolidates two resources pages (Interview building resources and Volunteer resources. The main resource page also incorporates information and resources that were in a Word document in Teams.
I've tried to simplify the Workflows page. (Ops team workflows should be stored in the Teams "ops docs" file.)
Wherever possible I have linked to existing documentation to avoid duplication.
I also wrapped the volunteer signup button component in a
<p>tag rather than a<div>so it fits more elegantly into pages. And the external link SVG seemed unnecessary when external links always open in new tabs.
