Stale lockfile after TypeScript bump

typescript is bumped to ^7.0.2 in package manifests, but bun.lock still pins typescript@6.0.3 and still records ^6.0.3 workspace ranges. CI runs bun install --frozen-lockfile, so installs fail before lint, typecheck, or tests can run.

TypeScript 7 drops compiler API

Bumping typescript to ^7.0.2 removes the JavaScript compiler API that api-route-catalog.test.ts imports. Helpers such as createSourceFile and SyntaxKind are no longer exported, so route-catalog unit tests crash and tsc --noEmit fails on that file.
