fix: maintain consistency in permissions between host and container

Issues Fixed

• When the browser extension gets packaged, a dist directory is created.
• The dist folder can be edited or deleted from inside the container but not from the host container.

Description

In this pull request, we passed user-related permissions to resolve inconsistency between the host and the container, especially in a development environment.
