ECS657U/ECS7003P - Multi-platform Game Development - 2025/26
LiGHT is a 3D sci-fi/survival game. The player controls a stranded explorer repairing their crashed ship. Explore an alien world with your only companion being an AI built into your suit. Slash and dash your way towards the ship to escape the horrors awaiting you. Turn on the ship to win and escape
- Start in the tutorial area.
- Navigate the world, collect all key cards, and watch your oxygen bar.
- Refill oxygen by standing near trees/lamps.
- Avoid or fight enemies that patrol the area.
- When you've collected all key cards, return to the ship and interact with the teleporter to finish the first level.
- Navigate tight corridors within the ship's interior in the second level while managing inventory to configure the ship's terminals.
- Repair all terminals in the ship to win the game.
