Any such detection should instead be managed in the buildsystem using 'qwprot', but unlikely to be ever needed.
Adds a new hidden block type for embedding a millisecond-precision Unix timestamp (uint64) at demo recording start. Used by MVDSV to provide sub-second demo start time for external synchronization (voice recordings, stream overlays). Companion to QW-Group/mvdsv#192.
