In the 0.7.0 release, we stopped using Shadow DOM to apply required styles to the virtualizer host element and instead are applying these styles inline via the element's style property.
This was to work around an iOS bug: https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=226195
We will revert this change when the iOS bug is fixed.
