fix: Keep PvotSwipeRow's action color out of its corners: a settle left the row a fraction of a pixel off, so the action color was drawn under the whole row and showed through its rounded corners. The settle now lands exactly on its target, and the color is drawn only in the gap the swipe opens.feat: Let PvotSwipeRow take a firmer swipe: newthresholdFractionanddragResistanceparameters (defaults keep today's behaviour).
