Fresh automated evidence on 2026-08-15: the opt-in production-adapter smoke passed authenticated read-only marker turns through both Codex and Claude in 19.174 seconds (1 test, 0 failures). This validates live transport only; app-owned compact handoff, divergence, native-import capability gating, and reviewer UI acceptance remain open.

Phase 1 implementation evidence update (2026-08-15): draft PR #7 now carries the deterministic capsule reader/renderer, Git checkpoint and ownership preflight, immutable handoff boundary, destination revalidation, read-only first prompt, and reviewer-task guardrails. Local verification: 114 tests passed (1 opt-in live smoke skipped), warnings-as-errors release build passed. Public GitHub Actions run 31922729456 passed after provider command tests were made hermetic. Fresh authenticated read-only transport smoke passed at commit 56437a6 on 2026-08-15: LOCAL_COMMAND_CENTER_LIVE_SMOKE=1 swift test --disable-sandbox --filter LiveProviderSmokeTests completed 1/1 Codex+Claude test in 14.545s with 0 failures. Public CI also passed for this commit. This validates both production provider adapters without workspace writes; it still does not claim the manual app-owned Claude → Codex → Claude handoff/reviewer sequence, provider cursors, or optional native snapshot import. Current adapter audit confirms provider cursors are not modeled and native external import is not implemented, so those acceptance clauses must be implemented/deferred rather than marked complete.
