Does the user always need to prepare the data to use this feature, or can we provide a sample dataset for a given time period?
It feels like we can't expect the general user to go through the data creation steps, but they might still be interested in showing this feature

I would love to, but I don't know how easy that would be to solve since the data needs to be put into a specific folder and structure so we can't really use the asset.resource call here (?).
