Introduces support for Google Gemini and DeepSeek models alongside OpenAI and OpenAI-compatible APIs. Updates ModelType enum, model backend factory, and token handling to support new providers. Adds environment variable configuration for all providers, updates requirements, and improves documentation with MODEL_CONFIGURATION.md and TUTORIAL.md. Enhances CLI to allow selection of all supported models and provides user guidance in README.
