Hyperspace needs to run from the command line given some parameter files from Candle. This parser should be the easiest way to go from text files to Hyperspace.
Candle requires parameters for the optimization to be passed as a json file. We want to make a command line parser that allows the library to used as easily as possible.
This parser works for both yaml and json formatted files.
Launcher allows us to specify how a run should be handled from external files. This way users do not need to write their own scripts to use Hyperspace.
