Json related errors while building

For anyone running a recent version of golang you might get some errors related to the JSON package in alias.go. This is a known issue: tailscale/tailscale#20254

The fix is on windows to set the following environment variable:

$env:GOEXPERIMENT = "nojsonv2"

Hopefully this helps someone that faces the same issue :)

I have rebased the patches over tailscale v1.102.3 (fixed in v1.102.1 apparently), so hopefully should no longer fail when building with newer go.

I don't have a build environment setup with the latest version, so let me know if the latest tree works and I'll close this one out.

Yes this solves the error, it also builds on MSVC 2026 without any issues as far as i have tested right now.
