DO NOT MERGE — temporary build-validation canary.

This documentation-only PR exercises the deployed BaseOS Reviewer build pipeline against the exact PR head. It changes no kernel behavior or shipping policy.

Initial matrix: GPU 615.71.09 and 580.178.04; DOCA 3.3.0; amd64 nvidia-bos plus arm64 nvidia-bos and nvidia-bos-64k. Every configured profile must pass for compilation validation to pass. Missing infrastructure or incomplete builds must remain explicit failures/skips.

The current scope is standalone GPU and DOCA compilation. GPU–DOCA peer-memory pairing is not validated. No runtime testing, module installation/loading, or reboot is authorized or performed.

The PR remains a draft and will be explicitly enqueued because the normal watcher skips drafts. A build failure is itself a validation failure; no base-kernel comparison is required. Results will be published through the existing review-artifact flow, separately from Boro findings.
