Khyde laptop - updated directory locations and examples
Pulling recent directory changes from main
Setup_env and yml updates Fixed errors in the .yml file and removed version dependencies. In the setup script, added options to input an env name or yml file. It is also checking if the env exists and updating if needed and is writing out log files with the current installed versions
