Added 4 new powerups:
i) Headache Bomb: A new bomb which after dropping follows the head of any of the opponent spaz
ii) 3D flying powerup: A new powerup which lets the user fly in all 3 dimensions
iii) Motion Tweaker: A new powerup which changes from normal to slow motion and vice versa
iv) Anti Gravity Bomb: A new bomb which makes the hit spaz fly above so high that he die.
Also, I did some pep8 formatting in Portal.py
