[BUG] Please use cibuildwheel: wheels not available for many platform/arch combinations

I recommend switching your publishing workflow to use cibuildwheel for generating PyPI wheels. It would make the story for using pip or uv much more straightforward.

Thanks for this! I'll try to get this incorporated with the next release! Might take a bit of extra work to get the necessary kaldi files included too, but hopefully they should be standalone wheels.
