Hello @andrewjohnporter, thanks again for your contribution! I've checked the console and noticed the Office Perpetual updates to appear as Released earlier than Patch Tuesday. However, it's not a sync delay - but more like a way Office team publishes them. The updates become available for deployment only on Patch Tuesday, no matter the release date. Honestly, this looks a niche behavior to me. I think it would be better for Microsoft Support to publish an external KB if they get tickets created - rather than a note in Docs. Let me archive this PR. If you have anything to add - just raise a new one and I'll have a look. This is an issue in SCCM which has been present for a couple of years now.
