[FEATURE] When centering lockscreen clock, also center AOD non-detailed notifications

Describe the feature

Centering the clock is great, but if you're not using fully-expanded notifications then it looks odd:

Above, there are 2 issues:

1. When the screen is sleeping (can't screenshot it), the icons render properly but stay to the left
2. When the screen is awake and waiting for user input, the icon renders with a black background

Why would it be useful to add?

It's just a visual tweak that creates consistency for users that don't show expanded notifications on the lockscreen. It's probably not really been noticed much because when the notifications are expanded it's not an issue, but for privacy-minded folks it matters.

Yes, I would like to have such a function, because the uncentered application icons on the AOD spoil the whole appearance
