Risk repository validator: Add back button and improve coding layout - #70

Warn the user if they're leaving behind unsaved changes.
This leaves more room for the risk details above the controls.
Previously, the sidebar would extend to cover the full window with no way to hide it, making the app unusable on narrow viewports.
It's still present, unlike for small windows, but in a more compact form.

…70) This makes a few changes as requested in Slack: 1. Use the assignee's email if they don't have a name set in Airtable - Previously papers would be grouped under Unassigned, which is wrong 2. Add a back button to return from a single paper back to the list 3. Improve the coding layout on small screens - Shrink comment boxes and the sidebar to make more room for the important content
