feat: Add rule for SpacemiT - #366

SpacemiT is a vendor of general puprose RISC-V System-on-Chip and associated developer single board computers. Key Stone K1 and Key Stone K3 series are System-on-Chip packages having a Boot ROM which exposes a subset of fastboot USB functionality for transferring and executing code, exclusively when this mode is activated. The vendor's fork of bootloader software also has a fastboot capability and this exposes the same idVendor:idProduct pair as the Boot ROM. |
