[Bug] - RAG Feature not working when using Ollama

Describe the bug
I can't get the RAG feature to work with Ollama. I have installed the models (Qwen 2.5VL and the embedding model specified), they work fine in Ollama.

Each time I try to run the process of creating the RAG store, Kiln seems to crash out (it opens a second instance, I have to force quit the first instance), the RAG exercise fails with error messages like the below:

Seems to work fine with markdown or txt files.

Markdown and text bypass the extraction phase, so the issue is likely there.

@martymcfly1 Can you share the PDF? Looks like an issue generating images from PDF pages. Will help us debug
