Removes the .claude/settings.json UserPromptSubmit hook configuration so that user prompt submission no longer triggers the skill-trigger-scan.sh command hook.
Changes:
- Deleted the
hooks.UserPromptSubmitentry that executed.claude/hooks/skill-trigger-scan.shon every prompt submit.
