Provided an example SAMMI deck with effect buttons. No triggers are on the deck! But all the buttons are setup for the user to customize triggers and refund events. Minor update on README to point to availability.
buttonID changes and extra descriptions.
More Missing Button ID's Disabled 2 commands. Needs investigating. [Labelled Unused]
