This pull request updates the Node.js version from 26.2.0 to 26.3.0. The changes include updating the SHA256 checksums, URLs, and version strings across multiple architectures in MODULE.bazel.lock and private/extensions/node.bzl, as well as updating the expected test output in nodejs/testdata/nodejs26.yaml. I have no feedback to provide.
