The original Chinese language file contained numerous errors, which I have corrected. Chinese is divided into Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese; Simplified Chinese is primarily used in mainland China, whilst Traditional Chinese is mainly used in Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan. Traditional Chinese has now been added; the file is named zh-TC.yml.
